This activity combines reading, conversation, and artistic creation to foster an active relationship between literature and imagination based on the picture book Miedo, with texts by Milio’l del Nido and illustrations by Alberto Sastre. Participants will reflect on how this universal emotion is represented by analyzing the colors, characters, and visual resources of the work.
After the shared reading, each attendee will create their own clay skull, drawing inspiration from the cultural symbols associated with this figure in various traditions. Modeling allows for the transformation of an abstract emotion into a concrete artistic object, exploring how art helps to express and understand what we feel. 🎨
