La Casa de Cultura de Boal will host a round table on Asturian honey, framed within the thirty-ninth edition of the Feria de la Miel.
The event will feature the participation of prominent professionals from the sector:
- Cristian Cocineru, from RTPA
- Franky Campa, bartender from Meeting Point and three-time Gran Bartender of Spain
- Esteban Suárez, former Real Oviedo footballer
- Julio Fernández López, beekeeper and president of the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Miel de Asturias
The session will include a tasting led by Cristian Cocineru and a cocktail experience (Cocktail experience) directed by Franky Campa, all hosted by gastronomic communicator Raquel Mendaña.
