The Bandina Osaka Expo offers a repertoire that fuses traditional Asturian music with influences from pop culture and Japanese anime. The group performs jotas, pasodobles, muñeiras, and rumbas, combining the classic instrumentation of bagpipes and drums with saxophone, clarinet, and diatonic accordion.
This project, born in 2025 with the purpose of bringing the music of Asturias to the Osaka International Expo, guarantees a proposal full of celebration, dance, and joy, while always maintaining the essence of the Asturian tradition. The performance lasts approximately 60 minutes and is aimed at all audiences.
