A professional crisis-stricken activist embarks on a journey to the last fareras. What begins as an external search ends in an inner narrative where the process of making a film intertwines with the stories. The fareras will show another way of being in the world. This film is a letter to her nephew, and to those who wonder why tell invisible stories. It is an ode to the documentary, to its lights and shadows, to its power to capture what is about to disappear, as well as to illuminate one’s own path. Taking life as a journey will mean a professional and personal rebirth.
