The Asturias Challenge 2026 is coming, with several tests across our Asturian territory. This year, it brings a new format and will be divided into two sectors or sections: the time trials and the Gran Fondo events. The time trials will be located at strategic and key points of each event. They will be climbs, generally of short distance, through the streets of the passing villages and have a double objective: to measure the forces of the participants and bring the event closer to the neighbors, creating a good and lively atmosphere.
- March 29 Clásica Bajo Nalón , in Pravia with a 103-kilometer test for road bike, granfondo, and time trial.
- May 10 La Clásica Belmontina in Belmonte de Miranda with a 108-kilometer test for road bike and granfondo.
- June 14 Oscos Granfondo Cycling Test , in Santa Eulalia de Oscos with a 103-kilometer road test, granfondo, cycling sport, and time trial.
- July 11. Somiedo. Ports like Farrapona, San Lorenzo, or Ventana were already part of our circuit this recent season.
