Gijón Carnival
Gijón/Xixón celebrates another year the Antroxu , which is the name given to the Carnival in Asturias.
It is the time of costumes, of charangas, processions and the expected Antroxu Monday parade. The party ends on Tuesday of Carnival, with the reading of the will and the famous Sardine burial.
In addition, during the celebration of these festivals, you can taste the Antroxu Menu composed of Asturian stew, meatball, fritters or picatostes.
