Starting from the idea of “Woman Object” the artist takes us to the concept of “Woman Container”: container of emotions, of knowledge, of doubts, of dreams and disillusionments, of longings, feelings, traditions, rites… In this thread that is at the same time theme and support, past and present complement each other and give shape to the concept “ajuar”.

This project is a nod to all those women artists who throughout history have not been able to occupy their place in museums and galleries, but also to all those who have lived and continue to live their lives in the shadow, for whom embroidery, sewing, weaving, and any daily labor is their silent means of expression.
