Event Description

The activation of the exhibition Dialogues with Piñole: The Void. Art to Learn is a participatory workshop of co-creation open to the public that invites you to live the museum in an active and creative way. The attendees will be able to create their own artistic and visual pieces, which will be incorporated into the exhibition itself, thus becoming part of it.

Objectives of the Workshop

• Explore the formal and conceptual elements present in the works of Nicanor Piñole, María Jesús Rodríguez, Carmen Calvo, Alejandro Mieres, Jacinta Gil Roncalés, and Amador.
• Generate new proposals in a shared creation process between artists and participants.
• Not imitate the works of the artists, but creatively dialogue with their works.

Educational, Artistic, and Research Project

The exhibition is part of an educational, artistic, and research project driven by teachers from the Didactics of Plastic Expression area of the University of Oviedo on artistic learning in visual arts. Its triple focus on art, education, and research makes it an a/r/tographic project, in which participation is encouraged.
