40th Anniversary of the Centro de Salud de El Coto: Health and Community

What a great opportunity to celebrate together! The Centro de Salud de El Coto is celebrating 40 years of taking care of us and invites us to celebrate its history with a special program dedicated to health and the community. 🩺

The event will take place on April 15 and 16, 2026 at the Centro Municipal Integrado El Coto, in Gijón. Admission is free until full capacity is reached, so it is a perfect occasion to come by and participate in the activities organized by the Centro de Salud del Coto.

Featured activities 🗓️

During these two days, the center opens up to all neighbors with a very complete agenda:

• Health fairs.
• Talks with health outreach experts.
• Blood donation units.
• Healthy walks through the neighborhoods of El Coto, Ceares, and Viesques.

This celebration, under the slogan “Health and community since 1986”, counts on the collaboration of SESPA staff, educational centers, and neighborhood associations. The goal is to continue building a healthier and more connected neighborhood together.
